I visited the centre to find out how best I could achieve more aligned teeth , after a consultation I was advised what procedure would achieve the best tailored results , clear dental aligners were suggested and this is the route we opted for . The process was relatively comfortable with a trial aligner worn for a few days to find out if I was comfortable with them , once I confirmed I was comfortable I was scheduled for my full set of aligners .
The procedure was conducted in a serene environment, not uncomfortable, and information regarding how to get the best optimal results from the aligners was provided .

I was given … More an appointment at 11:00 AM. When I arrived on time, the staff told me the doctor would come by 11:30. At 11:30, I was told she was stuck somewhere and would not be able to come, and that I should take another appointment and come again.
If the doctor was unavailable, a simple phone call before my appointment would have saved my time and effort. Giving a confirmed appointment, making the patient wait, and then simply asking them to come back another day is not professional — especially when the patient has come for a consultation about a painful tooth.
The clinic may be good otherwise, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend it. I hope the management takes appointment scheduling and patient communication more seriously. Book An Appointments
