Dr. Asmita handled my tooth extraction very professionally. She clearly explained each step before starting and kept checking in during the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. The scanning and diagnosis were done properly, and the service provided was top-notch.
The next day, Dr. Rajvi took care of my tooth filling. She did it very well and made sure everything was done carefully. She worked calmly and confidently, making the experience smooth and painless. I appreciate the way both doctors made me feel at ease throughout the process.
There’s just one area where I think a small improvement can be made. Since this is a service-based industry, a patient’s comfort during treatment is key. During the treatment, the assistant doctor was helping the main doctor, which is good & she did her job very well. For example, the suction device (used to remove water or unwanted substances from the mouth) could have been used more efficiently. Better communication about when it’s being used and what it’s for would really improve the patient experience. Don't hesitate to go deeper for the cleaning, it feels better when this kind of care is given.
Apart from that, everything else was great – clean environment, professional approach, and skilled doctors. With a few small enhancements, it can easily go from excellent to exceptional.
